Redesign and Reinvent

Redesigning the PaperTree Website has been an exciting and welcome change from my everyday work. As you can see it is coming together quite nicely and I hope to have it near completion real soon. You might have noticed that the ‘work’ link leads directly to Aloha Update. This is partly because I would really like to put together something nice for my actual ‘work’ page and also because a large portion of my time outside of the 9 to 5 has been spent putting that site together. If you have the time stop by and check it out. What I did was create a unique WordPress Theme for use across the entire blog network, with a very customized home page for the main blog. The owner of the network, being technically savvy (more so than me) has been able to get into the code and really make it work the way he would like and together we continue to tweak it almost daily. The back-end of the site has been made very user friendly for his writers by using a number of really great plugins. Many of you might be able to pick them out if you happen to be familiar with Wordpress.

So that’s it, before I get short of breath I am going to wrap this thing up and put on a few final touches before I head off to the day job. Thanks again for stopping by, I hope that you like what you see and come back for the grand finale.
